Quickly

The last week or so, I haven't been doing so great food-wise. First it started off as eating some things that were...not so natural, shall we say.

Then it has suddenly morphed into (in the past 3 or so days) a lack of interest in eating. I know my body is trying to tell me something, but I'm lost. Perhaps a detox of some sort, a cleansing of my body? Stress of the unknown affecting my appetite or lack there of?

I must go to bed, since I haven't been sleeping well but one of our noisy neighbors is getting evicted this week, so I'm happier.

I just need to tune into my body again and get inspired! I still have my bouncy walk though! And the babies are back. They got so so big! I love them.

Why hello there!

Yes, it has been a long long time.

I've been working lots of overtime lately, which is good since I had to move Marker (which also went amazing!) and the job is ending soon.

I'm feeling better about it. I still have no solid plan yet, but I'm okay with that. It will all work out.

So I've discovered some things I started doing to lift my spirits and in general be happier. Take note, you will discover that it makes you happy too. Seriously, just try it!

1. Bounce when you walk. Not jumping up and down (well you can if you want but people tend to look at you funny). Just a little bounce with each step. Before you know it, you are smiling at everyone and you feel great.

2. I drive by the baby horses everyday on my way to and from work. They make me smile. And while I was in New Mexico, I made sure to find each and every horse everywhere we drove. They make me smile, no matter what.

Find whatever makes you smile and do it everyday! It's contagious, even to yourself. Oh and walk barefoot wherever you go (or wherever you can). It's wonderful to be so grounded to the earth.

So eating wise I have been lacking. I've still been trying to keep up my water intake (love lemon!) and eating fruit everyday. I bought a butt load today. I'm trying to eat okay, but stress and bad eating conditions have driven me off my path. But I'm slowly getting back on track.

I will be making this a weekly thing, so stay tuned. And if I slack, bug me on Facebook!
